The Junior Medical Reserve Officer Committee (JMROC) delivers the Junior Medical Reserve Officer Workshop (JMROW), developing junior officers (OF‑1 to OF‑3) through multinational exposure, leadership training, and operational medical education.
The Reserve Officer Committee (ROC) delivers the Reserve Officer Workshop (ROW), a follow‑on course for senior officers and YRO/JMROW alumni, focused on advancing strategic thinking, leadership, and Professional development.
JMROW runs concurrently with the CIOMR Summer Congress and Winter Meeting, ROW is annual during Summer Congress.
GLOBAL HEALTH ENGAGEMENT
Global Health Engagement Committee
The Global Health Engagement Committee (GHEC) is focused on advancing global health engagement and security. It educates participants on critical global health priorities while seeking opportunities for collaboration and interoperability among nations. GHEC champions the role of reservists in global health activities and works to highlight the value of these efforts in improving overall security.
Executive Council
The Executive Committee (EC) is the Governing body of CIOMR. All committees work in conjunction with the EC
It consists of the heads of the national delegations (VPs) along with the President’s team, committee leads and other essential positions.

Media Relations and liaison with CIOR and CISOR equivalents
Audit and Assurance
The Audit Committee audits the financial standing of CIOMR and prepares an audit report for presentation at that years EC meeting.
