The Interallied Confederation of Medical Reserve Officers (CIOMR) has paid us a visit with a delegation of 3 distinguished officers: Colonel Christian Townend, Lieutenant Colonel Simon Davies and Lieutenant Colonel Richard Fawcett. Reserve troops in military medicine can be a major step forward to handle quickly emerging needs and they provide a vital pool of Subject Matter Experts, whom the COE would like to rally around itself.
