We have now received a majority of responses and all are very positive toward holding V-SC21. Therefore the following will go ahead and I ask that you to place these dates and times in your calendar:

Location: Online (virtual) and most likely hosted on Microsoft Teams (MS Teams). Zoom will be a back up alternative:

V-SC21 will take place virtually using the MS Teams software platforms.

Attendees required: VPs, Deputies or representatives, key leads (incl Committee Chairs), MCO, IT, LOs.
CIOMR EC Meeting Agenda:
1900-2100 – Junior Medical Reserve Officer Workshop (JMROW) Programme.
The JMROW will run an evening Programme on 6 Aug 21. Thereafter the JMROW attendees will follow the Day 2 and 3 programmes.
JMROW is open to Reserve Officers (OF1-3) of the healthcare professions of all our Member Nations. Further details as per Annex A.

3. The V-SC21 EC Meeting and SciCom and OMC programme sessions will open 1 hour before and 1 hour after to facilitate any social engagement.
4. Dress Code: Day Uniform is encouraged or smart civilian attire
